Kenneth Craig
Chief Executive Officer
Kenneth Craig has over 25 years of executive management experience in private and public companies. He was a co-founder, past CEO, CFO and Board Member of Morgan Beaumont, Inc., a publicly-traded company, from 2001 to 2005. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Craig consulted or was employed by various public companies holding the positions of CEO, President or Vice President. His responsibilities included interfacing with the SEC and operations of those companies. In 1996, he was engaged as President and later CEO of Renaissance Golf Products, Inc., “FILA Golf”. In 1989, he became heavily involved in the telecom finance business and ultimately consulted with the acquisition team for the purchase of Centel Communications by Williams Oil & Gas. He remained as a Division President for Wiltel Communications, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Williams Companies.
Charles Rockwood
Chief Operating and Financial Officer
Charles Rockwood brings over 19 years of finance and operating experience at both large public companies and small private companies in high growth and restructuring environments. He has demonstrated progressive success in financial accounting and reporting, financial, strategic and operational planning, M&A, business development, information technology, and human resources.
Allen Eckerle
Corporate Controller
Allen Eckerle has over 25 years of accounting, auditing and management experience in government, private and public companies. In his extensive career, he has served as Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Auditor and Accounting Manager. Mr. Eckerle has performed numerous systems conversions while working at California Federal Savings and Loan and Wells Fargo. His early experience includes work at the Missouri State Auditor’s Office, Wells Fargo, California Federal Savings and Loan, Rocky Mountain Savings and Loan. Mr. Eckerle earned a Masters in Business Administration from California State University – Sacramento and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accounting from Central Missouri State University.
